Banks are abandoning properties after foreclosures by reversing ownership back to the homeowner it foreclosed on. TrashoutPRO is interested in hearing from people that are involved in trashouts, cleanouts, squatter's rights and specially in a way that we can setup a program to be able to adopt properties that are abandoned or are being totally neglected by the mortgage companies or banks.
We intend to legalize the occupancy of bank abandoned properties so that counties can collect their taxes, and families with a steady income can keep up the property to the code standards. Municipality help will be appreciated in this venture.
Banks get rid of their toxic assets, Washington pays them for it with the bailout programs, the local governments get to collect the real estate taxes again, the end user has a place to live, utility companies have a revenue: water, electricity, garbage collections, etc...., Home Depot get's to sell plants, Room To Go get's to sell furniture, Bath & Beyond gets to sell household items. and so on and so on.
It's a WIN, WIN situation for all.
We will work together with communities to be able to resurrect these properties to their original, or better conditions. There must be a way for the entities that foreclosed on these properties to have to pay for the expenses involved. We are willing to look at all of the avenues with our attorneys to improve the properties, put families in them, and have them occupied until such time that the banks decide what to do with the properties. This will increase the curb appeal of the neighborhoods and the surrounding values of the properties.
The properties that the banks decide to abandon, we will pick up and make sure that deserving families will become the next owners. Please provide us with information that will be helpful to be able to achieve our goal.
The banks are being not-realistic in the way that they want to handle these properties, and the government is not of much help. Legally, there MUST be a way to achieve our goal. PLEASE HELP.
If there are other blogs that you want to connect to us, please do!!, we noticed that a few blogs have disappeared in the last year, if you can get their info to us, please do!!
